Hey Loves! First of all I am so inconsistent with posting right now and I am terribly sorry - but uni is nearly over so I'll be able to get back onto my blog game. Anyway; I still can't get over my holiday (there is still more posts to come) and since we are having the odd sunny day in England at the moment - I literally just can't even escape the summer vibes. Florida is such a laid back place (despite all the crazy theme parks!) so this outfit was just perfect - plus it gave me such Morgan Stewart vibes. So with this in mind that Florida is a full on place but somewhere to dress down; here are some of my tips for dressing in Florida! Keep it casual! There's nothing worse than running around a theme park all day in your best outfit. Florida can be such a hot and sticky place and odds are you will get soaked on that water ride you want to go on. So keep it casual - no heels, no best sunday wear - just simple tops/playsuits/shorts etc. Embrace the swimwear I love to wear swimwear - especially to the parks where there is many water rides - it really helps you dry off a little quicker! But also the water parks are some of my favourite places in Florida; so I always make sure my swimwear is perfect. Braid Loving With the heat and humidity; I find it near impossible to have my hair down. So the whole time I was in Florida; I really embraced the whole french braids thing - they look super cute with a baseball cap plus they are super practical. Evening Loves! I've still got the total holiday blues (boo!) - in fact me and the boyfriend have been looking at going back already! Anyway that's not what todays post is about; as you guys may or may not know I love all the boho inspiration lately (you can read about it here). So when I came across these shorts in Forever 21 in the Mall at Millenia it was love at first sight! To complete my boho look I paired it with my favourite bardot top and my super sassy glasses. I love the boho trend right now as it's so easy to express yourself through these beautiful pieces. Top: Miss Selfridge

For starters I just got back from two lovely weeks in Florida and now I have just two weeks to complete my assignments and that is my first year of uni finished (Celebratory dance!!). So it seems Summer is just around the corner and hopefully England will get more than just a week of sun! Since going to Florida I've literally just wanted to live in my summer clothes because they are so comfy - don't get me wrong I love winter clothes but I love summer clothes just as much! So to end this little babble I'm having it brings me onto my topic of the summer staple that is the: Playsuit. Personally I love playsuits as they are so comfy and super girly (apart from when they are annoying when you need to go to the restroom!!). They are so good for the summer as they don't blow up in the wind like dresses do and they can be used Day or night. If you love playsuits just as much as me then here is a few things to consider before you purchase: Go patterned! I love a patterned playsuit as they are super boho and look so cute. Also it's easy to inject your personality into your clothing with a patterned piece. Day or night?! I love a playsuit that can be worn both day and night - so it's important to choose something you know you can style both ways. Also think about the material of the playsuit because no one wants a jogging suit material playsuit next to them at dinner. Boho is so my love right now; especially after all the Coachella inspiration. Just the thought of those clothes makes me feel calm and happy so I thought I'd share a little bit of inspiration of what I'm loving right now! Honestly there is nothing wrong with loving yourself and showcasing your talents. Personally I think it was such a big step to start this blog but I'm so glad that I did and with many more people joining the blogosphere everyday it can get a little daunting. In light of that I've composed a few tips to help you get started if you want to blog or to keep up the motivation if you already blog! 1. Engage with people Odds are you can make some great friendships; most people are so nice and are willing to chat to you and encourage you. Connecting with people will also help your readership and no that doesn't mean bombarding them with automated direct messages telling people to check out your blog; I mean having really conversations with people and sharing your interests because odds are they will read your blog! 2. Don't feel tied down to a niche Some people will focus on particular topic and that's fine and others will focus on lots of different topics and that's fine too! Personally I focus on a few different topics but the main thing is that it feels authentic to you. If it's not something you would normally talk about or feel passionate about; then the post you are writing probably won't be your favourite so find what you are passionate about! 3. Showcase yourself No - don't be obnoxious but definitely show yourself in your blog. People love to connect with the writing so making your blog feel personal is great. Readers love to get to know the person behind the blog so add some personality to those posts. Dress: Missguided
